CØZY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• You may try the item on to check the fit.
• The item must not have been used outdoors or for skiing/snowboarding.
• The item must be unwashed.
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• The original tags must still be attached.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging, when applicable.
• You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back before your return has been approved. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at cozyoutwear@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, the fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
