JIB reserves the right to discontinue products or limit the quantity available for purchase.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the products in your cart.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

JIB may cancel or refuse an order in situations such as:

• The product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• The order cannot be shipped to the selected location.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

5. SHIPPING

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

JIB accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item may be tried on.
• The item must not have been used outdoors or for skiing/snowboarding.
• The item must be unwashed.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item should be returned with its original packaging when applicable.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If you would like a different size or product, the fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
